John Langdon graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1984 earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration. John was a member and competed on Notre Dame’s Varsity Track and Field Team. 

While still attending college, John joined Langdon Ford Financial, now Allied Wealth Partners, as a Case Planner. In the summer of 1983 he became a broker for the Firm and a full time Advisor in November of 1984. John was later appointed Sales Manager in 1988. For six years John recruited, trained, and helped develop new Financial Professionals. He was appointed Managing Partner in March 1994 and continues to lead the Firm with President, Marc Del Gaudio. 

Since becoming CEO of Allied Wealth Partners, the firm has won many major financial services industry awards for firm management including, GAMA’s National Management Award and has been consecutively recognized as a Master Firm since 2000. In 2011 and 2014, AWP was honored with GAMA’s First in Class Award. 

The Firm has consistently been recognized by its affiliates. Since joining Securian Financial Services in 2004, AWP has finished based on firm production in the Top 5 of all Securian Firms nationwide. Under John’s leadership, the Firm has won the Terrance M. Sullivan Build on People Award five times for New Financial Professionals Development and was Securian’s Top New Firm in 2005. Every year for the past 11 years AWP has been recognized as a Chairman’s Club Firm, an award given by Securian Financial Services for firm production. In 2014, AWP was Securian’s Gold Firm of the Year, and was the silver firm of the year in 2015 to 2018.

John was elected by his peers to Securian Financial Group’s National Advisory Board (NAB) from 2005 through 2009. In 2009 he served as its chairman. He was re-elected in 2012 to the NAB and was the 2015 Chairman. He was reelected to the NAB in 2018 and currently is serving on his third elected term. He also was a member of Securian Financial Services Advisory Board from 2006 to 2009, also serving on its chair in 2009. 

John is active within his community and charitable organizations. He is a Trustee of the St. Joseph High School Endowment and is the chairman of the Board of Directors of St. Josephs High School. He currently serves on the Rutgers University Athletics Leadership Council. 

He and his wife Mary Janine, live in Martinsville, New Jersey with their three children, Katelyn, Molly and John.

In 1993, Sal Longo graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. Sal was recruited by the university men’s soccer team as a goalkeeper and played for two consecutive years prior to suffering a knee injury. Staying true to his love of the game, Sal coached the Blacksburg Virginia Middle School boys’ soccer team in addition to partaking in various organizations such as the Marketing Club and the Virginia Tech Union. Currently Sal serves as an active contributing member of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association (NJ Chapter).

Before joining Allied Wealth Partners, Sal was an independent business owner and commercial insurance broker with Marsh and McLennan Companies. In 1998, Sal joined AWP and later earned his designation as a Certified Financial Planner TM professional in 2002.  Since then, he has been a member of the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT). Achieving Court of the Table status places Sal among professionals in the global life insurance and financial services industry. Driven by standards of ethics, knowledge, service and productivity, the MDRT comprises the world’s life insurance and financial service professionals. The Million Dollar Round Table provides its financial service members with resources to improve their technical knowledge, sales and client service, while maintaining a culture of high ethical standards.

As a Senior Financial Advisor, Sal offers individual and business strategies that work towards long term financial confidence. His work philosophy is based upon a client-centric approach, one that helps ensure a comprehensive and tailored wealth management experience. For the past several years, he has instructed adult education retirement classes, providing education for pre-retirees on issues they will encounter before, during, and after retirement.

Sal currently resides in Branchburg, New Jersey with his wife Gerri and their two children, Payton and Sal. He also serves on the Finance Council at the Church of StBernard of Clairvaux, in Bridgewater. In his leisure, Sal is an avid golfer and enjoys movies, reading, coin collecting and traveling. Sal also coaches his son and daughter’s recreational soccer and basketball teams.

Daniel Irizarry joined Allied Wealth Partners in 2018 in the role of Managing Director where he was tasked with championing the growth of Allied Wealth Partner’s presence in the New Jersey shore area.  

Dan has extensive experience in the Financial Services industry and has been the recipient of multiple industry awards and recognitions including qualifying for Leaders Conference from 2008-2012 while at MetLife. As a Managing Sales Director for the firm, Dan took command of a low volume office and turned it around through successful recruitment, training and management of his team. In his role, Dan coached the Team of the Year from 2012-2016.

Most recently Dan was recognized as the 2016 Managing Sales Director of the Year at Creative Financial Strategies, a member of the MassMutual Financial Group.  Additionally, he was a Million Dollar Roundtable qualifier for the years 2014 – 2016 and was awarded “Top of the Pyramid” for TransAmerica Variable Annuity sales for 2012 – 2017.

Dan’s client focus is directed towards special needs families and helping them to develop valuable financial strategies relevant to their unique needs.  He is actively involved with the special needs community, and is a member of the Board of Directors for NAIFA North Central New Jersey as well as the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Senior Olympics. 

Outside of work, Dan enjoys boating and golfing and is a passionate Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He resides in Tom’s River, NJ with son, Johnny, and daughter, Ava.

Danielle Viscuso is the Compliance Director at Allied Wealth Partners where she has been a member of the team since 2011. With an educational background in Finance and having multiple financial registrations and licenses, she brings great value to the firm.

Danielle’s responsibilities include managing firm-wide, annual requirements, which consist of the handling of all branch office audits, client file reviews and Firm Element CE courses. Acting as the Field Principal, she also reviews, approves and signs off on all advertising and marketing material for the firm, advisors outside business activities as well as any new business and other respective paperwork for the firm. Additionally, Danielle also assists select advisors with investment advisory business/accounts and their annual client account reviews.

A graduate of University of Massachusetts, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her Australian Cattle Dog, Kaia. She is a volunteer at her local animal shelter and enjoys participating in endurance event races such as Tough Mudder. Danielle resides in Andover, New Jersey.

Tina Pollaro joined Allied Wealth Partners in January 2003 and has been an essential member of the team over the years.  During her tenure, Tina has been involved in many aspects of the business.

As VP of Finance, Tina manages the day to day accounting, payroll and benefits and tax return preparation for the firm.  In addition, as a CPA, she prepares the tax returns for clients who are referred to her by their advisor.  She also leads the contracting and onboarding process for new advisors joining AWP and is part of the AWP technology team.

Tina resides in Denville, New Jersey with her husband Nick.  She has two grown daughters.  Tina and her husband have a passion for buying homes and making them great again!

Tina Pecca joined the Allied Wealth Partners team in February of 2016 as the Director of Recruiting. With several years of recruiting in addition to a background in retail management and sales, Tina has the interpersonal skill set and determination to collaborate well with others in efforts to continue to recruit and build a team of both experienced and inexperienced financial advisors at AWP.

Tina was born and raised in Vernon, New Jersey. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Joining Allied Wealth Partners in 2015, Mary OConnor has been a great addition to the team. As AWPs first Vice President of Human Resources, she has made many positive changes in the time that she has been with the firm.

Mary manages the support staff and is responsible for overseeing the HR related activities of the firm including employee onboarding, the performance appraisal process, and the development of personnel policies and procedures.  She leads the firms wellness initiative which has the goal of promoting a healthy workplace for all.

Mary has completed in multiple marathons including NY, Chicago, and Marine Corp. Along with raising her three children, Mary is a past board member of the NJ Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association, and was a former Sunday school teacher, Girl Scout leader, and coach for both girls rec lacrosse and basketball. Mary resides in Whippany, New Jersey with her husband Daren and her three children.

In 2014, Gary Lynch joined Allied Wealth Partners as Vice President of Investments, playing a vital role in all aspects of investments and annuities for the firm.

Having 19 years of success in the financial services industry, Gary provides unique insight on both practice management and advisor development. Gary offers portfolio analysis not only to his own clients but to many of the advisors in a variety of areas from overall retirement strategies to options strategies and qualified plans.

Gary is also heavily involved in the training and mentorship programs here at Allied Wealth Partners.

Gary joined Allied Wealth Partners in January of 2014 after having worked as an investment specialist at New England Financial for over 14 years. During that time, Gary built up a wealth of knowledge having worked as a registered representative, the agency’s Compliance Director, and since 2007, the firm’s Investment Specialist. Gary holds his series 7, 63, 66, 24, and 4 registrations.

He is a registered principal of the firm and the firm’s only registered options principal.

As Vice President of the New York Metro division of Allied Wealth Partners, Keith Hanenberg plays an integral role in recruiting, developing, and supervising advisors, reps, and staff affiliated with the firm.  Prior to joining Allied Wealth Partners in 2013, Keith was an Associate Managing Partner with New England Wealth Strategies, a General Agency of New England Financial.

Throughout his 18 years in the financial services industry, Keith has been the recipient of multiple awards for excellence in management. While at New England Wealth Strategies, he was recognized with the Edward K. Leaton Award for Firm Growth and Development (2007, 2008), Managing Associate of the Year (2007, 2009), and GAMA’s International Career Development Award at the Platinum Level in 2008.

In addition to his managerial responsibilities, Keith is committed to helping clients create the necessary habits for achieving long-term financial success through a collaborative planning process.

In his spare time, Keith stays actively involved within his community.  He is an Assistant Youth Football Coach for the Parsippany Hills Little Vikings.  Keith also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Oberon Theatre Ensemble, a New York City off-off Broadway nonprofit theatre company.  Lastly, Keith is the acting Secretary for the Board of Governors at Mount Tabor Country Club, in Parsippany, NJ.

1993 Marc DelGaudio graduated from Yale University and shortly thereafter joined the Allied Wealth Partners team as a full time Financial Advisor. Within a span of ten years, Marc went on to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) Practitioner and Director of Investments and Financial Planning at Allied Wealth Partners. Marc was named a Managing Partner of Allied Wealth Partners in 2006, co-managing the firm with John Langdon. In 2014, Allied Wealth Partners expanded its presence into New York opening several new offices. Within that same year, Marc was officially appointed as President of the firm.

As President, Marc shares in the supervisory responsibility of firm administration while continuing to work closely with his clients. Marc is also an active mentor to the firm's financial professionals. In such role, Marc shares his philosophy on wealth accumulation and preservation strategies that help clients achieve their definition of financial success.

Marc DelGaudio currently serves on the Securian Financial Services,Broker Dealer and Trust Company Committee. He also recently served as chairman of Securian’s National Advisory Board.He is an active member of the Greater Essex Chapter the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and is also a Life and Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT), with several Court of the Table qualifications.
