“Practice mutual respect and put yourself in other’s shoes to appreciate their viewpoints.” This is the advice that Michael Tierney stands by in his role as a financial advisor.
After spending three years as a police officer for the City of Philadelphia, Michael joined Allied Wealth Partners in November 2020 to begin his career in the financial services industry. After graduating from Stockton University with a bachelor’s degree in business management, he then went on to earn a master’s degree in accounting from Seton Hall University, giving him a solid academic background for the world of finance.
Between his studies and his work in the criminal justice field, Michael believes that one of the most important skills he has developed is identifying essential details in any situation quickly. This skill allows him to focus on the priorities and goals that clients present to him as their financial advisor.
When working with clients, Michael uses the information he has gathered to help build a comprehensive financial strategy designed to establish generational wealth. Michael focuses his practice on people who want to take a long-term approach to retirement and create a nest egg to live happy and healthy lives. Through his interest in investments, college funding, insurance strategies, and balanced budgeting, Michael can help clients reach financial freedom.
In his free time, Michael enjoys remaining physically active by running, hiking, and bike riding. He also enjoys reading, playing with his dog, and discovering new restaurants.
