Tina Pecca joined the Allied Wealth Partners team in February of 2016 as the Director of Recruiting. With several years of recruiting in addition to a background in retail management and sales, Tina has the interpersonal skill set and determination to collaborate well with others in efforts to continue to recruit and build a team of both experienced and inexperienced financial advisors at AWP.

Tina was born and raised in Vernon, New Jersey. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey. When Tina is not recruiting, she enjoys spending time with her 18 year old son, family and her mini dachshund. Tina also enjoys anything outdoors, such as golfing with her son, playing softball, watching football and traveling.
