In January 2017 Darrin joined Allied Wealth Partners bringing with him 20+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry. As a Field Director with the firm, Darrin manages the New Jersey Shore branch and is focused on growing the firm’s presence in this territory.  He is passionate about finding experienced producers to be part of and to help add to the culture of the firm.

Darrin resides in Brick, NJ with his wife, Stacie, and his three children Hannah, Samantha and Jake.

Rick Delehanty is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.  He joined the Allied Wealth Partner’s team in February of 2019, previously working as a financial professional at Creative Financial Strategies, an affiliate of Mass Mutual. Prior experience also included a Senior Director position with Phoenix House Foundation.

Rick services both business owners and individuals; customizing financial strategies to meet their specific needs.

Joseph Fiore’s passion for helping his clients succeed is the underlying principle which drives the relationships he has with them. He cultivates these relationships by asking the right questions and listening carefully to the responses given.  Taking the time to understand his client’s needs helps to ensure that he leads them on a financial path that is aligned with their goals and objectives.   

Joe joined Allied Wealth Partners in 2018, having worked in the financial services industry after graduating from Lynn University in 2017.  An accomplished student, he completed his MBA in Financial Valuation and Investment Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship with a 4.0 GPA. Joe was also on the Dean’s List each semester and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance.  A member of three Honor Societies, Joe’s commitment to hard work is exemplified by the fact that he was able to complete his degree in 2 ½ years.  This commitment was fostered prior to college, where as a student at Colts Neck High School. Joe was a Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps. Cadet, attaining the rank of c/Master Chief Petty Officer. The Unit was rated the number 1 unit in the entire nation as of 2019.

 A native of Colts Neck, New Jersey, Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends and maintaining an active lifestyle focusing on fitness and wellness.

Ryan Hostnik

As an experienced Financial Professional, Ryan Hostnik has centered his practice on helping small business owners and retirees with their health insurance needs.

Ryan started his career with MetLife Premier Client Group of New Jersey and joined Allied Wealth Partners in July of 2019 after working most recently with Creative Financial Strategies, an affiliate of MassMutual as a Financial Representative. He holds his FINRA Series 6 and 63 and is Life, Variable, Accident & Health licensed in various states.

Ryan graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. He currently resides in Colts Neck, New Jersey where he is an active member of his community. He enjoys participating in various sports year-round, including golf, ice-hockey and skiing and is an avid fan of the NJ Devils hockey team.

Daniel Irizarry joined Allied Wealth Partners in 2018 in the role of Managing Director where he was tasked with championing the growth of Allied Wealth Partner’s presence in the New Jersey shore area.  

Dan has extensive experience in the Financial Services industry and has been the recipient of multiple industry awards and recognitions including qualifying for Leaders Conference from 2008-2012 while at MetLife. As a Managing Sales Director for the firm, Dan took command of a low volume office and turned it around through successful recruitment, training and management of his team. In his role, Dan coached the Team of the Year from 2012-2016.

Most recently Dan was recognized as the 2016 Managing Sales Director of the Year at Creative Financial Strategies, a member of the MassMutual Financial Group.  Additionally, he was a Million Dollar Roundtable qualifier for the years 2014 – 2016 and was awarded “Top of the Pyramid” for TransAmerica Variable Annuity sales for 2012 – 2017.

Dan’s client focus is directed towards special needs families and helping them to develop valuable financial strategies relevant to their unique needs.  He is actively involved with the special needs community, and is a member of the Board of Directors for NAIFA North Central New Jersey as well as the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Senior Olympics. 

Outside of work, Dan enjoys boating and golfing and is a passionate Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He resides in Tom’s River, NJ with son, Johnny, and daughter, Ava.

My career as a stock broker started in 2000 and within two years was promoted to the position of Vice President of Investments. Having the opportunity to lead, I enjoy professing financial literacy.

Sarah joined Allied Wealth Partners in the Fall of 2018 in the role of Financial Advisor working out of the firm’s Jersey Shore location. 

After graduating from Monmouth University, where she earned a B.S. in Economics, Sarah went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from this same institution.   In addition, she has attained her Life and Health Insurance Licenses, as well as FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations.

Prior to joining Allied Wealth Partners, Sarah worked as a Financial Advisor with both MetLife Premier Group of New Jersey and Creative Financial Strategies, a member of the MassMutual Financial Group.

Working with a team of financial professionals, Sarah works diligently with her clients to help them to identify their financial goals and offers to them solutions to help ensure they achieve their short and long term financial objectives.

A resident of Toms River, NJ Sarah is currently on the Board of Directors of the Monmouth/Ocean county chapter of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) fulfilling the role of Board Secretary. In this role she helps to foster the organization’s mission of promoting the ethical conduct of its members.

Raymond Triano joined the Allied Wealth Partners team as a full-time advisor in September of 2017 after participating in the Firm’s internship program the previous summer.

As a student at Adelphi University, Ray was a member of the school’s baseball team, competing in the Northeast 10 Conference.  In addition,  he helped to manage the University’s Student Equity Portfolio.  As a student-athlete Ray cultivated the ability to multi-task, juggling  his course load with multiple other responsibilities. This skill has aided in Ray’s transition to a financial advisor.  In 2017,  Ray graduated with his MBA.

Ray enjoys working with a variety of clients and takes pride offering these clients his expertise in the financial matters, hoping to help make a positive impact in their personal lives.  He appreciates that each individual person has their own distinct goals and aspirations and he strives to help them achieve these.

A strong advocate for education, Ray takes the time to ensure that his clients understand all aspects of their financial situation and the specialized solution he develops for them.  His practice includes assistance with retirement strategies, life insurance, investing, budgeting tax strategies and college funding.

In his free time, Ray continues to enjoy being active in sports.  He holds his second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, is an avid traveler and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
