Terence Edward Gallagher joined Allied Wealth Partners in 2016 with more than 20 years of financial industry experience working in sales, trading, and product development.
As a previous director and product manager at S&P Dow Jones Indices for the target date, sustainability, hedge fund, and venture capital indexes. Terence successfully managed an index business with more than $20 billion in financial products licensed to it. From this position, Terence was able to establish relationships with strategic partners, develop new customer relationships, and launch new product initiatives. His exceptional skills as a leader combined with his broad financial services background give Terence a distinct advantage in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Terence provides a comprehensive, client focused approached service which involves utilizing teams to bring a broad base financial strategies to his clients. His goal is to help clients achieve their financial goal via investment performance through cost effective portfolio construction, asset allocation, and other financial strategies.

Craig joined Allied Wealth Partners in June 2020, bringing with him over 27 years of experience in Business and Finance. He has a diverse background as he has worked in several industries over the years selling B2B, Directory Advertising, Internet Marketing, Market Research, Pharmaceuticals/ Healthcare and Insurance & Investments.
Craig attended Pace University at their Pleasantville/Briarcliff, campus in NY graduating in ‘93 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Shortly after college, he was hired to work for Reuben H Donnelley then Yellow Book selling yellow page advertising to local businesses. This was hard core cold calling B2B sales. This is where Craig received the training to be a very successful sales professional. He learned from some of the best in the industry!
Craig previously worked for HRA Research now known as Healthcare Research & Analytics to sell market research to pharmaceutical, biotech & medical device companies. He targeted the brand teams which he had face to face meetings with. He also partnered with agencies who had solid relationships that he could leverage. HRA is mainly known for their convention research both qualitative & quantitative but Craig also did some custom research and sold many syndicated studies.
In 2012, Craig was hired by C&A Financial an agency under Guardian. He took their aptitude tests and scored off the charts! Within the first 3 months he won the Client Builder award. Craig continued his career within the financial industry as a broker with Certified Financial Services another agency under Guardian from ‘15-'20. Craig is life, health, accident, disability, annuities and LTC insurance licensed in several states.
As a Financial Associate at AWP, Craig plans to focus his practice on working with business owners and families. He wants to help them make sound financial decisions. Craig helps his clients realize that THEY are their most valuable asset. He takes them through the process and shows them specific strategies that will help to avoid common money eroding and tax pitfalls.
Craig truly cares about every client that he works with and is dedicated to ensuring their best interests are met. As a result, his clients gain the confidence that they have properly protected themselves, their families and their future.

On a personal note, Craig has been happily married to his wife Jennifer since 2004. They have three beautiful children. Craig currently lives in Delaware Township, a suburban community located in Hunterdon County. In his family’s spare time they spend a lot of time with their CrossFit Community. Craig coaches and competes in competitions. He also participates in the Spartan race and received his first trifecta back in 2017. Craig and his family also love to travel and spend quality time with each other and friends. He is also an active member of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce, Knights of Columbus as well as a parishioner at St. Magdalen’s Roman Catholic Church.

In 1993, Sal Longo graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. Sal was recruited by the university men’s soccer team as a goalkeeper and played for two consecutive years prior to suffering a knee injury. Staying true to his love of the game, Sal coached the Blacksburg Virginia Middle School boys’ soccer team in addition to partaking in various organizations such as the Marketing Club and the Virginia Tech Union. Currently Sal serves as an active contributing member of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association (NJ Chapter).
Before joining Allied Wealth Partners, Sal was an independent business owner and commercial insurance broker with Marsh and McLennan Companies. In 1998, Sal joined AWP and later earned his designation as a Certified Financial Planner TM professional in 2002. Since then, he has been a member of the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT). Achieving Court of the Table status places Sal among professionals in the global life insurance and financial services industry. Anthony Martino joined the Allied Wealth Partner’s team in October 2020 after graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Wealth Management.
Anthony’s desire to make a difference in the lives of others guided him to the role of Financial Advisor. Using his knowledge of the financial services industry he strives to help individuals and businesses develop comprehensive financial strategies to address their investing and retirement goals; while also ensuring the appropriate amount of insurance protection is in place. Gaurang has been active in the financial services industry since 1989 and has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional since 1993. His practice includes wealth management, investment solutions, education funding, retirement funding, estate planning, tax strategies, life insurance, long term care and business planning.
Gaurang spent over 25 years as an executive with Prudential Financial, working in diverse capacities in asset management and insurance sectors. He was instrumental in leading teams to launch new start-ups in Japan, China, and India. In Europe, he led cross-functional business development teams to acquire companies in the financial service space. He also led multi-national marketing teams in Japan, China, Taiwan, South Korea, India, Germany, Italy, and Mexico.
In his last position Gaurang was instrumental in developing Prudential’s Future of Work strategy and was a senior member of the business transformation team.

Frank Piccirillo joined Allied Wealth Partners in June 2020 after previously working as a Paraplanner, Sales Support Associate for Cetera Investors. In this role he conducted behind the scenes case work and analysis for Financial Advisors. Prior to this position Frank worked as a Senior Internal Wholesaler for Foresters Financial where he was responsible for case design analysis and the training of advisors in wholesale of proprietary and third-party products, financial software, and marketing platforms. Frank also formerly worked at Prudential Financial where he was a registered representative for private clients.
Frank’s past work experience played a large part in his decision to pursue a career as a Financial Advisor. He believes it is a role which provides him with the opportunity to help others to achieve financial success. His primary focus is assisting business owners with the goal of scaling up, especially those in the entertainment industry. Being a performer himself, those working in that particular industry are very near and dear to him.
In his practice Frank employs a coaching-centric philosophy. He helps his clients to focus on understanding what their goals are and then provides guidance to help them steer their financial decisions towards achieving those goals. He believes that every top performer; whether it be in professional sports, in business, or in life –all have something in common – they enlist the support of a coach. A coach who empowers them, holds them accountable, and helps them stay on course to achieve their dreams, meet their goals, and get what they want out of life. In his spare time Frank pursues many artistic endeavors. John joined Allied Wealth Partners* in 1996 after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. John is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, an organization of more than 43,000 of the world’s life insurance and financial service professionals. In addition to the Million Dollar Round Table, he is also a member of the Financial Planning Association, and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Participation in these organizations exposes John to a breadth of best practices and techniques to apply in real time to the benefit of his clients. John is a member of the Financial Educators Network. As a licensed instructor he provides educational courses for retirees and pre-retirees on financial issues they will encounter before, during, and after retirement commences. James Sena is a seasoned financial professional with over 30 years of experience in the uses of money and how to analyze financial information. James is member of the financial advisory team at Allied Wealth Partners, Inc.
James, an MBA recipient from Pace University, started his journey into the world of money over three decades ago by joining the operations department at the investment banking firm Salomon Brothers. Within two short years he was promoted to an analyst position on the sales and trading team. While in this division he was voted onto the Institutional Investors All Star Team. Over the years he was recruited to Smith Barney, J.P. Morgan Chase and eventually Citigroup where he was on the corporate and pension fund asset management team.
In 2008, after 25 years of helping large institutions and Wall Street firms make money, James decided to change his focus to start helping the individuals, families and small business owners who need help by providing his experience, knowledge and wisdom to them as a personal financial advisor. This is a choice he only wishes he had made sooner.
James is a dedicated family man to his wife and children. Together they enjoy travel, sports, the outdoors and basic together time. He gives himself to his community as well volunteering coach of youth sports, both while his children participated and after, as a member of the board of education and an active member of his church. In addition, he is an amateur photographer.
