Dave Hull joined Allied Wealth Partners in January of 2023 and brings with him 35 years of industry experience to help expand the firm’s reach on Long Island.

Based out of Allied Wealth Partner’s Uniondale office, Dave’s focus is to recruit, train, and support financial advisors, helping them to grow advice centric practices to better serve their clients and the local community.

Dave has extensive financial services leadership experience on Long Island with various firms, most recently with Cetera Investment Services where he served as a Branch Manager. Before Cetera, he was the New York State Regional Financial Sales Leader for 120 financial professionals with Allstate Financial Services. While with Lincoln Financial Advisors, he helped to start an expansion office in Melville Long Island. Prior to that, at Penn Mutual, Dave was one of the leading Sales Managers in the country.

After graduating from West Point, Dave served as a Captain in the U. S. Army, flying CH-47 Chinook helicopters. A native Long Islander, he returned to New York and entered the financial services profession in 1986. Active in industry affairs, he is a Past President of the Suffolk County Society of Financial Services Professionals. Dave has been a guest speaker at regional meetings for the Nassau County Estate Planning Council, the Elder Care Bar Association at Touro Law School, and the Certified Financial Planning Organization. He has been quoted as an authority on long-term care insurance in The New York Times and Newsday.

Dave holds Series 6, 7, 24, 51, 63, and 66 registrations. He is also a licensed life, health, and property/casualty agent.

Dave is a past President of the Smithtown Booster Club and is also a past President of the Smithtown Youth Lacrosse League. Dave’s hobbies include golfing, pickleball, bike riding, and the beach. He lives in Saint James, New York with his wife Shari, and they enjoy spending time with their older son Matt, their daughter-in-law Molly, and their younger son Adam.
